You can send your images using We Transfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, Mega, or other file transfer system. Default, we will send your done images through Google Drive, and we will keep your all image backup 12 months for free. That means you can access your images anytime within 12 Months.
No. You don't need to make any payment before delivering your final images. After delivering your final images, we will send you an invoice with a payment link. Then simply make the payment.
Our general deadline or turnaround time is 24 hours. If you need any rush services (2-8 hours), then we will charge extra for it. For a big project(5000+), sometimes we take 24-72 hours.
Clipping Panda Experts always try to provide high-quality Photoshop Services. If you are not satisfied with the quality, then we will do correction and send to you for free.
We accept monthly payments for our regular clients. We will send an invoice on the last day of every month with work details(date, service type, work quantity, and price). Other clients need to make payments after delivering the final work. We generally accept Master Card/ Credit Card/ Visa Card/ America Express and Bank Transfer. We also accept PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill, Neteller Payment.
Your images are 100% safe with us. All our staff has signed and agreed to a non-disclosure agreement in which they cannot take any image outside the workplace, or use it other than to complete your job order. We also have protective firewalls on all our equipment and use the latest antivirus software on each computer.
We will keep your image backup up to 12 months. If you lost any working images simply send us working date and folder name, we will send your done images again.
